Our Adolescent Programs are tailored to teens who may be experiencing a variety of issues. We help them reorient their behavior using the DBT model, which has positive results with those experiencing: anger, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, OCD, panic attacks, rumination, suicidal thoughts and urges for self-harm behavior, substance use, and many more.
Innerspace offers Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Programs.
Our Intensive Outpatient Programs, or IOPs, are short-term, intensive mental health treatment programs.
Our Partial Hospitalization Programs are intensive programs that work to stabilize the patient so they can return to school and the community as quickly as possible while avoiding hospitalization, or as a way to help those who are stepping down from it.
Student is having difficulty getting through the school day

All Innerspace Counseling programs include an assessment, individualized service plan, individual counseling, group counseling, medication management, and family sessions. Parents are also invited to join parent support groups while their children are enrolled in one of our programs.
UNDERSTANDING BULLYING & WHAT WE CAN DO TO HELP
Bullying has always been a pervasive issue with young people. But, it can extend beyond the classroom and even into adulthood. It is a problem that is well-known and frequently discussed, but there is no catch-all solution because its roots can vary.
Innerspace Counseling is happy to come to your school to share information with your staff about our programs and provide brochures and information for you to pass along to the parents you work with.
To schedule a presentation, contact our Community Outreach Liaison, Melissa Maranzano, at 732-307-5673.
"Innerspace helped my son so much. I recommend them to everyone!"
Parent & School Psychologist
“They worked with one of my students and were wonderful to collaborate with. If the student came into my office with an issue we could call her therapist and address it immediately.”
