How to refer a patient.
Call us at 732-332-8270, or send a secure referral with a signed release of information to [referral fax / secure email]. Include relevant history and the reason for referral. We'll acknowledge your referral, complete intake promptly, and — with the patient's consent — keep you updated on progress and coordinate care at discharge.

Innerspace works with hospital teams to support smoother transitions from emergency, inpatient, or hospital-based care into an appropriate next level of treatment. Our screening team can review referral information, coordinate next steps, verify insurance benefits, and help determine whether IOP, PHP, or another service may be appropriate.
