GENERAL MENTAL HEALTH TRACK

Structured support for anxiety, depression, and mood concerns.

A DBT-informed treatment track for adolescents and adults who need more support than traditional weekly therapy.

A More Focused Level Of Care

When emotions start affecting daily life, support should be more than occasional.

Depression, anxiety, chronic stress, and mood-related concerns can affect school, work, relationships, routines, motivation, and the ability to cope with everyday demands.

The General Mental Health Track provides structured, DBT-informed support for adolescents and adults who need greater consistency, skill-building, and clinical guidance than weekly therapy alone may provide.

Care Coordination

Collaboration with schools, hospitals, therapists, and other providers when needed.

Personalized, Not One-Size-Fits-All

DBT-informed care can be combined with other therapeutic approaches.

Effective treatment begins with accurate assessment and thoughtful clinical formulation. Our clinicians consider symptoms, history, trauma, developmental factors, relationships, and current stressors before recommending care.

Depending on clinical need, treatment may also incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brainspotting, trauma-informed and attachment-based approaches, nervous-system regulation strategies, or other evidence-based methods.

The goal is not simply to reduce symptoms. It is to help clients understand themselves, build practical skills, and respond to future challenges with greater confidence.

A Flexible Track For Different Needs

Designed for adolescents and adults
at different stages of care.

Adolescents

Support that works around school and family life.

Teens receive age-appropriate skills, structured therapy, family support, and coordinated care when school functioning or emotional health is affected.

Adults

Higher-level care with connection to everyday responsibilities.

Adults receive structured support while remaining connected to work, family, and home life whenever clinically appropriate.

Step-Down Care

Continued support after hospitalization or residential care.

The track can help clients stabilize and transition safely to a less intensive level of treatment.

Step-Up Care

More support when weekly therapy is no longer enough.

Clients can access more frequent treatment before symptoms become even more disruptive or acute.

A Collaborative Clinical Team

Care that adjusts
as needs change.

Clients benefit from a clinical team that consults regularly, tracks progress, and updates treatment when symptoms, goals, or circumstances change.

With appropriate consent, Innerspace may also coordinate with outpatient providers, schools, hospitals, and other members of the treatment team to support continuity of care.

our approach

From your first call to lasting change.

Every client follows the same four-step process — with the third step tailored to the condition we’re treating.

01

Free Screening

A confidential 15-minute conversation to understand what’s going on and determine whether our program is the right level of care. No pressure, no diagnosis.

02

Personalized Assessment

Meet with a clinician and psychiatrist for a thorough evaluation. We build a treatment plan around your specific condition, history, and goals — not a generic protocol.

03

Immersive Treatment

Care may include groups, individual sessions, family support, and psychiatric services.

04

Lasting Change

Coordinated care with families, outpatient providers, and schools ensures progress continues beyond treatment. We help you build a maintenance plan that lasts.
