Support for children who need more than weekly therapy.
Innerspace Counseling provides intensive, structured mental health support for children ages 8–11, helping them build emotional, social, and coping skills in a safe and supportive environment.
How Our Program Works
A more dedicated level of care for growing kids.
Traditional therapy often means meeting once a week. For many children, that is enough.
But when a child needs more structure, support, and practice, an intensive outpatient program can help them stabilize sooner and build skills they can use at home, in school, and with peers.
Our program combines individual counseling, group therapy, family sessions, medication management, and parent support to create a more complete path forward.

Who It’s For

Children may benefit from our program when they are struggling with social skills, ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood concerns, behavioral challenges, or difficulty managing emotions.
